Adam Spencer has dumped 5 seconds off his 1500m PB at the London Diamond League.

Spencer capitalised on his Diamond League debut when roaring to qualifiers for both the Budapest 2023 World Championships and Paris 2024 Olympic Games, clocking 3:31.81 to finish in 12th place.
