What is a blog?

blog blɒɡ/ noun 1. a regularly updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style.

verb 1. add new material to or regularly update a blog. “it’s about a week since I last blogged”

Awesome.

So what is a RT Journal?

Well. A RT journal is a personal story of a running journey. It is written to share, release, and to be creative.

It also inspires, educates and allows people around the world to feel a little less alone. They allow people to empathise and or just be entertained with some words about a runner’s journey. The journey of those at the top and those aspiring to be is one of discipline, failure, and success.

Triumph, Pain, Resolution, Go again.

Sometimes we share and it changes something.

A RT Journal is also a timeless piece of content and evidently running history. We respect, and honour the words of others and will ensure each entry lasts as long as the Internet stands.

On another front a RT Journal will boost the profile of an athlete. One way or another this is good for the athlete and evidently sponsors, or any form of promotions. We understand this is a factor to the RT Journals, but it is a sub factor to the inspiration sometimes found within them.

None of this is an exaggeration to promote a simple athletics website. We are a community of people with a passion for the same thing you have. Running.

What is running for you and RT?

It’s the journey.

That’s deep.

We are the Runner’s Tribe and that’s what a RT Journal is.

Awesome.
