Oli Hoare takes out the Emsley Carr Mile in 3:49.03 at the London Diamond League, just holding off Narve Nordas, while Stewy McSweyn came 5th in 3:49.59, Cameron Myers 6th in 3:50.16 and Adam Spencer finished in 3:55.49. Catriona Bisset posted a season best of 1:58.12 as Keely Hodgkinson streaked away to better her own National Record in 1:54.61.

Melissa Duncan won the State title in drizzly conditions ahead of Amy Robinson and Jessica Coyne.
