Bol clocks in 800 world champs qualifier & Hull joins Nike Oregon Project

Overnight Australia’s Peter Bol has clocked in an 800m Doha world champs qualifier in Barcelona with 1:45.56.

It was only five days ago Bol ran his slowest time this season 1:50.56 coming last.

Athletics is indeed a strange sport as stated by Bol post race.

Also in recent Aussie middle distance running news, Jessica Hull has announced that she has joined the Nike Oregon Project. Hull is entered in the 800 meters in Friday’s Stumptown Twilight at Lewis & Clark College. It will be her first race in an Oregon Project kit.
