XCR at the Cruden Farm 12km cross country course saw a repeat of the podiums from Bendigo with Andy Buchanan taking the top spot alongside Andre Waring and Seth O’Donnell, as did Georgia Hansen ahead of Melissa Duncan and Rachel McGuinness.

In the Dream Mile, Oliver Hoare set a new National & Oceania Record 3:47.48, placing second behind winner Jakob Ingebrigsten who narrowly missed the European Record. Matt Ramsden was also in the race, coming 10th in 3:57.11
