The Sunshine Coast Running Festival featured Jack Bruce & Natalie Rule winning the 10km race, while Japan’s Saeki Makino won the Marathon in a course record time of 2:16:18 over Nick Earl and Dion Finocchiaro, with Lydia O’Donnell also setting a course record in 2:41:14.
The main event saw Lisa set the all-comers record for the half marathon which doubles as the Australian Half Marathon Championship in 68:48 over Sinead Diver and Ellie Pashley, while controversy in the Men’s race saw a misdirected Jack Rayner disqualified, with line honours awarded to Kevin Batt over Louis McAffee.
