Leanne Pompeani is this week’s guest host, and shares some of her experiences she’s had this year, starting with her recap of race at World Cross Country Championships in Bathurst, what her preparations looked like and how she dealt with fatigue and recovery afterwards, then how turning around to the National 5000m Championships in Sydney.
