Nedd Brockmann has completed an extraordinary 1,000-mile (1,609km) charity run, receiving widespread acclaim and raising more than $2.6 million to support Australians experiencing homelessness. Wheelchair tennis champion Dylan Alcott, the 2022 Australian of the Year, hailed Brockmann's achievement as "Australian of the year type" effort.
