With a propulsion plate made from Pebax, it also ‘coaches you in real-time’ via a Bluetooth chip that connects to UA MapMyRun™. A neutral high mileage trainer, the Machina is a durable, safe shoe for crunching out those long runs. We whacked 110K into our pair, below is the rundown.
Our first ever HOKA Mach review, will not be out last. One of HOKA’S nicest rides to date. The Mach 4 is a shoe designed as a sort of cross between a daily trainer, and lightweight speed shoe. How do you set an Australian record when 15 athletes – yourself, and the previous record-holder, included – have a superior legal performance. Simple, as it turns out. You just put a timer at the 100-yard point of a 100 metres race. That’s what happened in the New South Wales state...
Weight training has been a key component of my training program for the majority of my career. I can’t say that I enjoy the gym, as I much prefer the running components to my training, however I believe it has been a key ingredient in my ability to generate...
Forty-two years after his death, Steve Prefontaine continues to inspire countless runners around the world who aim to emulate his fierce competitiveness, toughness and fearless front running racing style.
