The magic of the Run Larapinta Stage Race awaits adventurous runners in 2021 with entries now open to two event dates after the 2020 event was postponed due to COVID-19.The 4 day, 4 stage trail running race will be held on 21-24 April and 26-29 August both in 2021 - providing more people the opportunity to be part of this life-changing experience. The 2020 event was postponed and will in effect be replaced by the April race, whilst the August event is in the usual timeslot for 2021.

Entries have opened for the 2024 Margaret River Ultra Marathon, with organisers Rapid Ascent announcing a NEW inclusion of a 42km trail marathon to the event program.
Jim Walmsley, the accomplished ultrarunner who recently made history with his victory at the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB), continues to astound the world of endurance sports. In another extraordinary feat, he secured the top position at the 115K Roubion-Nice race hosted at Nice Côte d’Azur by UTMB, crossing the challenging course in an impressive 11 hours, 21 minutes, and 5 seconds. This win not only adds another accolade to his already illustrious career but also guarantees his entry into next year's highly anticipated Western States 100-Mile Endurance Run.

A capacity field of 1,500 participants have etched their names in the history books having completed the fourth annual Margaret River Ultra Marathon on Saturday 1 May, 2021 along the Cape to Cape coastline in south west, Western Australia. In an event that only one week prior was on the verge of postponement due to the recent COVID-19 WA lockdown, the finish-line moments were made even more memorable as participants turned pain into gains amongst an electrifying race atmosphere.
The Raffertys Coastal trail run snakes through the Lake Macquarie Wallarah National Park taking runners on a journey from calm lake shore to rugged coast line. In a historic achievement, Tom Evans, a 31-year-old British athlete, has etched his name in the annals of endurance running by becoming the inaugural British male winner of the renowned Western States 100-mile race in California. The iconic race stretches from Olympic Valley near Lake Tahoe to Auburn, California, and Evans conquered the demanding course in an impressive time of 14 hours, 40 minutes, and 22 seconds. This remarkable feat places him as the fourth fastest participant in the event's history, trailing only the exceptional performances of Jim Walmsley in 2019 and 2018, as well as Jared Hazen in 2019.
SURF COAST CENTURY
The Surf Coast Century 100km and 50km ultra trail marathon has received the green light to proceed on 5 - 6 December 2020 in Anglesea, Victoria, with limited entries remaining for solo competitors and 90 relay teams remaining
